May I cancel my reservation ?
You can cancel a reservation at any time. By courtesy, it is fashionable to warn the owner as soon as possible. To cancel your reservation Connect to your profile then click on “Voyages”. Then click on the reservation to be canceled and then on the “Cancel” button. The reimbursement rules depend on what was chosen by the owner for the ad (flexible, Zen, moderate or strict).
I sent a request to the owner but he does not answer me, what to do?
The owner at 48 hours to accept or refuse a reservation. To be sure you have a positive return, do not hesitate to make several requests for reservations (maximum 5).
Do you need a rental contract?
For a rental in all serenity, we advise you to: sign a rental contract (we offer a contract and its clauses of the rental contract) request a copy of the identity document request a deposit (often with a check not cashed)
